White Dragon is a cider distillation brandy

Cidres – Our ciders are elaborate with great care. The ciders were aged on lees in barrels and tanks for more than a year. An assemblage of fruity and tannic ciders was made for the distillation.

Distillation – The distillation was made in april 2016.

Alcohol volume – 40 %

Colour – Bright and translucent.

Nose – Powerful and very refined.

In the mouth – Excellent fruit notes, such as apples, pears or plums on the palate. Beautiful roundness and freshness.
