Soil — Rich, deep, loamy-clay soil.
Orchard management — The apple trees are grown on grass-covered ground, which promotes biodiversity. No pesticides or insecticides have been used, in order to protect the environment.
Cider-making — The apples were harvested by hand from October to November.
Cidre Brut Gourmand – This is a blend of perry and cider. It has fine bubbles, a lovely orange colour and a slight cloudiness, with a fruity attack on the palate and a rounder finish.
Serving suggestion — Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany chicken curry or mango cheesecake.
