Spring Honey – These hives installed in our orchards have enabled us to harvest this honey from willow, blackthorn, dandelion, cherry, apple, acacia, rapeseed and hawthorn.
Light blond in color, creamy and smooth on the palate.
Ideal for fresh goat’s cheese salads, to enhance herbal teas, teas and yogurts, and as a spread on crêpes, toast, brioche and bread.
